“This was a great experience. The operator's office departure location was easy to find. The boat was really nice with plenty of room to move around to obtain he best views. The crew were very helpful. Knowledgeable and professional. We saw lots of whales and a great experience all round.”

We were told we’ll receive a partial refund but it’s almost a month later and I have not received anything and none of my emails/calls received a response.
